I spent most of my business career with one of the most customer focused companies in the world, and I have brought that focus to the real estate business! After moving around the country, buying and selling homes fir myself and my family, I understand the real estate consumer. In my years of investing on the Charleston coast, never have I seen a more beneficial time to buy a home. (see articels). There is a huge inventory of homes and some very motivated sellers.

This is a tough market for sellers, I am constantly in touch with buyers from accross the U.S., they want to get value for their money. I suggest that if you are not serious about selling your home, don't. This market is not for those wanting to "test" the market.
